Katie Fairchild

Katie Fairchild joined St. Peter Catholic School in 2023 as a 1st-grade teacher. She was born and raised in Houma, LA. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Catechetics and Evangelization from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Ms. Fairchild taught 1st grade in Baton Rouge for one year and 3rd Grade Religion and Science in Houma for two years. She is currently working on her . In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, Bundt, and traveling. Ms. Fairchild has a love for Catholic education and the mission of evangelization. She cannot wait to share her Catholic faith and the love of Christ with her students.
